I was building houses and doing large remodels in Sonoma County when I decided to get my real estate license. That was 23 years ago and I loved the industry. What started as a career change became a calling in Oregon real estate and beyond.

I've been a Coast Guard Veteran, a general contractor, an investor, a flipper, and a broker. I served as a KW Team Leader and KW Owner of a 100-agent office. Now, as a real estate performance coach for the last 13 years, and what agents tell me makes me the best real estate coach for agents, I help agents scale their real estate business, build passive income, and serve more clients. Whether you're new to the industry and need real estate coaching for new agents or a veteran needing accountability, the agent coaching and accountability I provide meets you where you are. I also work with senior agents who want to transition into coaching themselves, mentoring them on how to become a real estate coach so they can replicate what I've built.
